Water's Edge - Return Policy
To date we’ve only had two product returns. If you find that Water’s Edge didn’t do exactly what you thought it would, please call us and let us help. Because each and every situation is different and has a multitude of factors, we may need to tweak something in order to get the desired outcome. Rest assured that if you have the Water’s Edge system installed you are receiving structured water. Contact us here to discuss your details. We want you to be happy with Water’s Edge, and we’ll do all we can to insure that.
We have a 2 year manufacturer's warranty against defects and we don't offer refunds. We'll do everything we can to insure that you have healthy water.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANT ABILITY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ANTICIPATED OR LOST PROFITS, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, COSTS, TIME CHARGES OR OTHER LOSSES INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE, INSTALLATION, REPAIR OR OPERATION OF HOUSING OR SYSTEM, AND WE DO NOT AUTHORIZE ANYONE TO ASSUME FOR US ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE HOUSING OR SYSTEM OR ANY PART THEROF.
FOR SERVICING UNDER THIS WARRANTY, RETURN ANY DEFECTIVE PART TO YOUR LOCAL DEALER, OR TO WATER'S EDGE SYSTEMS OFFICES.
